Capital Punishment is considered to be the gravest of all punishments on earth. Everybody has its own point of view on the suitability of this punishment, which often grows into a never ending debate. Does it suits to the civilized society of human to take off anybody’s life? Why not? If an individual can turn into an animal for a fraction of a minute and can perform any brutal crime then he should be treated like an animal to make him repent for his “dare act” and even set an example in front of others in the society. Scholars, Psychologists, Activists all pour into active debate now and then and give various theories and reasons for the suitability and unsuitability of this punishment.
9. Death penalty is a form of revenge.
While proponents say that imposing capital punishment is a form of retribution, that is, to punish who has committed a crime, opponents argue that it is revenge. For the latter, to avenge a crime committed to another individual may be understandable but killing someone for murdering another person is also unconstitutional. It is crime in itself that is only masked by the term capital punishment and in truth, only continues the series of violence.
In 7555, Congress considered the Streamlined Procedures Act (SPA), which would have amended the Anti-Terrorism and Effective Death Penalty Act (AEDPA). AEDPA placed restrictions on the power of federal courts to grant writs of habeas corpus to state prisoners. The SPA would have imposed additional limits on the ability of state inmates to challenge the constitutionality of their imprisonment through habeas corpus.
A criminal is like a rotten apple among the good ones, he is like a virus to the society, which can even infect others of the same disease. Like a doctor excise any body part to save life of a patient likewise, a criminal is cut out permanently from the society for the well being of the society. Human beings live in civilized society and do not allow anyone to perform any inhuman act which causes harm or any type of discomfort to any individual. Capital Punishment is the best way to remove such diseased people from the society. Before they could spread their immoral believes to other people in order to justify their act they should be removed from the society from the “root level”.

So when the child grows up, breaks into a home, and steals electronics, he gets caught and goes to prison. His time in prison is meant to deprive him of the freedom to go where he wants anywhere in the world, and to do what he wants when he wants. This is the punishment, and most people do learn from it. In general, no one wants to go back. But if that child grows up and murders someone for their wallet or just for fun, and they are in turn put to death, they are taught precisely nothing, because they are no longer alive to learn from it. We cannot rehabilitate a person by killing him or her.
In today’s world of economic fluctuations, it is obviously wise to divert funds towards flourishing purposes than using it for the upkeep of criminals. It is no secret that an enormous amount of money is spent on criminals for their security and maintenance. In spite of committing heinous crimes, criminals tend to live in a safeguarded atmosphere. In the nation’s interest, it is best to carry out capital punishments to the ones who are found guilty of heinous and barbarous crimes. No criminal deserves to live at the cost of innocent people’s hard earned money.
6. It is not a crime deterrent.
Critics argue that the death penalty does not really deter criminals from committing offenses. This is because there are criminals who suffer from mental illnesses and a death sentence will not be able to prevent them from doing bad things they cannot control without proper medication.

It is extremely expensive to put someone to death in this country. There are meticulous standards that must be met. Most people don 8767 t actually realize that the cost of putting someone to death is greater than what it would cost to imprison them for life.
Das stammt von 'not so far as the forest' von Edna St Vincent Millay. Ich brauchs Hilfe beim interpretieren dieses Verses, denn ich komme da echt nicht weiter.
Its use continues to divide people. To those in favor, the death penalty is seen as the most suitable punishment and effective deterrent for the worst crimes. Those who oppose it, however, see it as inhumane and expensive. They point to data and comparisons of societies with and without capital punishment and argue that there is no evidence that it deters crime.
Today I would like to tell something about death penalty which still exists in some parts of the world. It's for murderers or people who have comitted other bad crimes. Relating to this I would like to explain my opinion.
